Use of Digital Invoice
Digital Invoice provides cloud-based tools to manage customers, items and invoices, upload records in bulk and submit invoices to FBR where applicable.
You agree to use the platform only for lawful business purposes and provide accurate information.
Account Responsibility
You are responsible for:
• Keeping your account information accurate
• Protecting your login credentials
• Ensuring authorized use of your account
• Reviewing the accuracy of your business and invoice information
FBR Submissions
Digital Invoice by Atlantech Solutiion provides tools for submitting invoices to FBR. FBR acceptance, processing times and system availability may depend on factors outside our control. Businesses remain responsible for the accuracy of their invoices and compliance with applicable tax and regulatory requirements.
Subscription & Billing
Digital Invoice is available through paid subscription plans. Pricing and invoice limits are displayed on our Pricing page and may change from time to time.
Unpaid subscriptions may be suspended until payment is received.
Bulk Upload
You are responsible for ensuring that uploaded customer, item and invoice data is accurate and correctly formatted.
Service Availability
We aim to keep Digital Invoice available and reliable, but uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed due to maintenance, technical issues, third-party services, FBR systems or other circumstances beyond our control.
Intellectual Property
Digital Invoice, including its software, design, branding and content, belongs to or is licensed by AtlanTech Solution. Your subscription provides access to the platform but does not transfer ownership of our intellectual property.
Suspension or Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if an account violates these terms, remains unpaid, creates a security risk or is used for unlawful activities.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, AtlanTech Solution is not responsible for losses resulting from incorrect customer-provided data, FBR system issues, third-party failures, service interruptions or unauthorized access caused by compromised account credentials.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of Pakistan.
Updates to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of Digital Invoice after changes are published means you accept the updated terms.
