Getting Started
Digital Invoice is a cloud-based application for managing customers, items and invoices and supporting the Digital Invoicing workflow.
Businesses can create or bulk upload invoice records, submit invoices to FBR, maintain FBR invoice numbers and export their records.
Your account can typically be configured within the same business day after complete company information and valid FBR configuration details are received.

No. Digital Invoice does not charge a separate setup or onboarding fee.
No. Digital Invoice is a cloud-based web application.
Products
Yes. Multiple customer records can be uploaded using the supported bulk upload process.
Yes. HS Codes can be maintained against item records.
Yes. Digital Invoice supports bulk invoice upload using the supported template.
Invoices can be selected for FBR processing from the Invoice Management screen.
Yes. Invoice Management includes advanced search and filtering.
Yes. Customers, items and invoices can be exported to Excel.
EXISTING ERP / POS / ACCOUNTING SYSTEMS
Direct third-party ERP, POS and accounting-software integrations are not currently offered.
Digital Invoice operates as a standalone platform.
Businesses can continue maintaining their existing systems and use bulk upload to move relevant customer, item and invoice records into Digital Invoice.
FBR Digital Invoicing
FBR’s current published guidance states that Electronic Invoicing is mandatory for corporate and non-corporate registered persons.
Regulations, applicability and procedures may change, so businesses should always confirm the latest requirements through official FBR resources or their tax advisor.
Digital Invoice provides the commercial software used to manage the invoicing workflow.
Under current FBR rules, configuration/integration for real-time electronic transmission must be completed through an FBR-licensed integrator.
